CF Pamplona to SDC (05/2018)
On my way to SJPdP to begin the CF on May 23rd! Now a victim of the ATC strike in France, so Biarritz arrival cancelled. I've managed to get to Pamplona arriving late on May 21. Any advice on getting to SJPdP from there on May 22. GoEuro website says that no buses are available on May 22nd!!

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
You could always hitch a ride. Look at a map and follow the footpath along the Agra river towards the junction of highway PA 30 and N 135 near the village of Olicki. Cross the junction to the farside of the N 135 traffic lane going north towards France. Lots of trucks take this route up to Roncesvalles and then down to Saint Jean Pied de Port every working day.

Good luck and Buen camino!

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
I just checked the https://www.alsa.es website. The ALSA/CONDA bus leaves Pamplona's bus station for SJPdP on the 22nd at 14:30 and again at 17:30. The fare is 22 euros and the trip takes an hour and 45 minutes (if I did the math right.) A note for others: the number of trips daily varies from 0 to 4 depending on the time of year.

They cater to Camino pilgrims, and when you make a reservation you are asked if you would like to share the taxi. It looks to me like they make diligent effort to fill the taxi seats.

BTW, how and from where are you arriving into Pamplona?

Guides that will let you complete the journey your way.

Thanks so much for this link! I will be arriving in Pamplona later in the evening on a Sunday and was anxious to get to SJPDP that night so I could start walking in the morning. This is an awesome option!

Buen Camino, Jennifer.

The usual fare is about 100 USD, but on weekends it does cost a bit more - Just FYI

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

€149,-
I took the Alsa bus in 2016 but the bathroom was out of commission which made it a very long trip for one passenger.
