My Camino

Hi guys, I originally planned to walk for two weeks but I can only go for 8 days now. I am flying into Biarritz on August 7th and flying home from Bilbao on August 15th...

Can anyone help me out as too how far do you think I will get? And how can I get to Bilbao for my flight home on the 15th?

Hi I dont know what you are like as a walker but if you are comfortable with 23-25km days which have a lot of up and down in them, then you should be Ok. You have the options of Markina which is about 55km before Bilbao, Gernika about 30km where if you think you are short of time then you can get quite good public transport to Bilbao. If you are at the Lezeama Albergue(12Km) you can follow the camino for 2-3km and where it turns off the main road stay on it and you will be at the airport in about 3-4km.
