Hi! My first post in the forum, so I say a big HELLO! to all my Camino pilgrims. I have had the great privilege to walk the Camino de Santiago twice in 2008 and 2017. My brother in law completed his Camino last year and is visiting our home today, and in his honour I have made a ‘Tarta de Santiago’ especially for him.
