I was given a copy of the guide by Jose Rua when I walked in 2011. It had just been published. It was unnecessarily heavy and had a lot of unimportant information, but turned out to be useful every now and then.

Turns out there is a new edition, published in May 2015, but Amazon.es doesn't have it yet.

You can get it from the Amigos in Barco -- http://caminodeinvierno.es

For English speakers, I do think that Reb's guide in the resources section (especially once it's updated after this summer's walk) is good enough to get you from Ponferrada to Santiago.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
Hi Amiga del Camino, I fail to locate Reb's guide you quoted in your message... No trace in the resources section Camino de Invierno.
Kind Regards

Hello again, yes i has already downloaded this guide a while ago. All waymarks and places for accommodation are already all recorded in my hand held outdoors GPS... The confusion related to the fact you called it Reb's guide, and I did not realize it is the originally Reb's guide that you took over to maintain it.
Thanks for your work, even sometimes too much details !
Kind Regards Amiga del Camino...
