On this topic, I find 3 private albergues, and have just used Roots and Boots a day ago; very pleasant with terrific views of the cathedral. After the CI where I am now I expect to try either the S. Santiago or the Albergue de Peregrinacion de Final del Camino "Jaime Garcia Rodriguez" - a bit of a mouthful. But it´s only 6 euros. No website I´m aware of. It´s listed at Rua de Estocolmo (near Rua Paris and Rua Luxembourg.)

If I use the S. Santiago, I´ll let you know about it.

This last one seemed closed a day or so ago, maybe only open in summer.

El Final del Camino IS only open in summer.
