Hello all,

I'm John and I live in NJ although I'm originally from Portugal. I've been reading a bit and learning a bit about the Camino and am hoping to do the Camino frances next year (2011) over the Summer. I've always been attracted to walking pilgrimages and visiting pilgrimage sites but have only thus far done a 2 day walking pilgrimage to Fatima in Portugal from Coimbra. I've also visited numerous monasteries both in the US and in Europe. I look forward to learning a lot more about the pilgrimage route to St James on this Forum.
