Non walking pilgrims

I read Kevin's post "Adios Amigos", which I find sad, Everyone has a choice and if it is his choice to leave the forum , so be it.
It lead my mind onto another topic. In Kevin's thread and many others, helpful advice from pilgrims was mentioned.
It got me wondering. When I first came onto this site I explained that due to a disability, I could not walk far.
I did the trip to SDC twice by various means of transport. I try to give aid on questions that I feel that I can answer in my experience.
How many non walking (and never walked the Camino) pilgrims do we have on this site?

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

A "disability" should not preclude anyone from becoming a pilgrim: good luck to those who - through some disability - have to travel by bus or train or donkey-cart.
Those of us who can walk, should thank God for the gift of walking, and solitude, and our 'camino families' each evening.
Good luck, BernHugo, and buen camino!

I am not a non-walking pilgrim, but I've accompanied more than one non-walking pilgim.
One lady took bus or taxi every single stage.
She had a very spiritual and wonderful Camino.
She got the special walking certificate rather than the Compostela, but felt no less a pilgrim.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
Your personal experience should be very valuable and encouraging to those unable to walk the Camino in the tradional way.

Your insight and knowledge of what methods are practical are golden to those who dream of the adventure.

I hope you get a flood of questions and that the thread stays true to the original topic.

(To those so inclined.....Please refrain from hijacking this thread..
Thanks)

bernhugo, I don't count as one. Now. Yet.
But at some point due to age or injury we will all come to the place of not being so mobile. So I will be interested to read any advice you may have, and hopefully will remember it so that it it'll be there when I eventually need it.......
