We were very apprehensive prior to starting El Camino and there was doubt along the way whether we could walk 720km, but we did it! We met some wonderful people who were inspirational. Loved your blog. We are going from Leon to Santiago mid-September. I found it really informative to see the distance you traveled each day and what the weather was like that time of year. We are recently retired. I have one question. Did you many places to stay where you could get a private room? We really don't like the idea of sleeping in a dorm.
