Pamplona bound next week!

Hi,

Just a quick introduction-- My name is Kate, from Washington, DC, and I am embarking on my very first Camino next week. I'll travel the Camino Frances from August 5 - Sept 3. Hopefully the heat isn't too unbearable! A native of Phoenix, Arizona-- I should know what's in store.

I haven't seen too many on this site departing around the same time I am. But I've also read that August is the BUSIEST month on the Camino. Buen Camino to all those embarking on the trip this summer!

I look forward to meeting all the wonderful, adventure-loving pereginos!

I just looked up your blog. I can identify with walking the streets with your hiking gear on- you made me laugh! Hope all goes well for you now until your departure and I look forward to reading of your exploits en route!
