Does anyone know if it's possible to obtain pilgrim credentials in Ferrol, where one begins the Camino Ingles? Is it best to just order them ahead of time?

I didn't think you could obtain a credential in Ferrol Susan, but it is possible to order them from Ivor here on the forum in the shop.

Hi Susan, I think you can obtain your Credencial at the tourist office.

Yes, but it will be an 8.5x11 sheet of paper out of a xerox machine. The church there is said to have "real" credentials, but it seems to be closed most of the time (on my two visits). Get one in advance, I suggest, or use your old one.
