Hi all, only 7 days now till I fly to Paris and then make my way to SJPP...... we start on the 6th of April...... hopefully my packing is appropriate for the very cool temps I have been seeing lately. Only time will tell. I can’t wait for this exciting adventure...... just have to work a few more days (my mind will totally be somewhere else though) oh well.... hope to see a few of you on the trail. Buen Camino

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

I'm heading out from SJPdP on the 6th as well. Feel free to say "hello" if you see me in town or even if I look grumpy/tired walking up the Napoleon. I promise that I'll only look that way because I will be questioning myself as to why I thought it was a good idea to take the mountain route :p

Camino Addict..... I hope the Napoleon route will be open... at this point I have my doubts..... the other route does look good as well... have to just wait and see

Hi Leigh007,

I'm not sure how much snow is on the Napoleon now (anyone that knows please chime in) but looking at the current temperatures plus the rain, I'm confident most of it will be gone by the time we start. Though you're right that we'll only truly know when we're up there, and of course there is nothing wrong with the Valcarlos route.

See you there! Buen Camino!
