Porto to SdC via Finisterre

In April, I am flying into Porto and out of Santiago de Compostelo with a total of 7 days cycling available. Planning to cycle the coastal route but would also like to visit Finisterre.
I'm thinking of the coastal route from Porto, then Tui-Pontevedra-Padron.
Has anyone had experience of a circular route Padron-Finisterre-SdeC Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated.
