:)Have my ticket in hand, my Cardiologists ok, and my wife's "with reservations" ok:eek:, If I don't take her to Italy next year to do genealogy my days will be numbered;), and lots of good advice from fellow trekkers. Can now start some serious walk training with my pack.

Will arrive in Lisbon on Sept 2nd and start the Caminho on the 5th by walking to the train station and taking the train to Porto. Will leave Porto on the 7th and do the coast for 2 days then back to the main Caminho. 8 days from Porto to Tui then 8 days from Tui to Santiago. Train or bus from Santiago to Lisbon and home on the 24th:(.

Look for 2 OGs (old guys) being passed by everyone and having way too much fun. Both wearing OG hats (Tilley). One with a black pack and one with a blue pack. One with no hair and one with Norwegian blond (white) hair. See you on the Caminho! :) Bom Caminho. Tony aka Urban Trekker

Tony,
I sure wish I could depend on the AF to get me there about that time. There would be another white hair in the slow crew! Here's hoping that we get a chance to swap stories!
