Recommended Place to stay in Cee?

Time of past OR future Camino

Suggestions for where to stay in Cee?

I stayed at the Pension Beiramar in April. It was wonderful. Overlooking the harbour and directly between Cee and Corcubion.

Crossing the barren hills near Cee is magical. From the hill tops you can at last glimpse the sea and in the far distance Finisterre. What excitement this would have been for medieval pilgrims when they saw the sea for the first time! The pleasant hilltop albergue at San Roque near Corcubion, where In the dark from the dorm window you can see the last lighthouse beacon shining out to sea, is a great stop before the walk along the beach into Finisterre and kilometer 0.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

last September stayed just after Cee at Curcubion in the tiny albergue, sleeping 14 in 7 bunk beds. One bathroom, a tiny kitchenette and that's it. All clean and well kept with a sea view. Curcubion is delightful little town with cafes around the harbour.

I stayed at some random albergue near the center facing the water. But ... eat at El Recreo, a quality restaurant facing a school (hence the name: recess) a few blocks back from the water front. Huge portions of quality cooking, open for the menu del dia (quite ordinary) but also a la carta. Has a veal filet with seaweed in a sauce. Yum!

My feelings exactly!
Staying at Albergue San Roque is lovely, run by volunteers with a communal dinner and breakfast. The short jump to Finisterre the next morning will leave you lots of time to rest and visit the lighthouse.
