Santander to Fromista

I will be flying to Santander on Sunday 28th September arriving at 1230. What is the best way to get to Fromista where I want to continue my Camino starting Monday 29th. Thank you, Tom

Renfe train from Santander to Fromista. 1618 and 1917 for 6 July 2014. I don't think the schedule is posted for 28 September yet.

The alternative is ALSA bus from Santander to Palencia or Osorno. From Osorno take a taxi. From Palencia see the Fromista transporte page.

Thank you for your help, will check times later as schedules are not available for September yet. I will be walking as far as Ponferrada this year and will get transport from there to Madrid. I had to pull out 3 days early last year due to foot problems, hopefully I will no problem this year. Thanks again, Tom

There are up to three trains a day:
