Food, for meat eaters: O Dezasies.

For fish/seafood lovers, for lunch the mercado de abastos: go in the am, pick your loot from the vending stalls and bring it to the cooking stalls. Tell them what time you want to eat and just show up. They will prepare it and sell you the side dishes and drinks.

Bed: I second San Martin Pinario. Also Fonte de San Roque, or Girasol.
