Santiago/La Corunna to Heathrow

Hello

I will be finishing the Camino & need to get back to Heathrow for BA connections to Sydney, Australia.

Are there cheap flights from Santiago De Compestela or La Corunna which is nearby straight into Heathrow. The cheapies I know of fly into the other London airports & I really don't want to do transfers between London airports, or fly to Madrid to get to London.

Any ideas?

Cynthia

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Hi - Clickair have reasonably priced flights from London Heathrow to and from A Coruna - depending on when you book. Iberia also into Heathrow.

I used Ryanair recently from Santiago but of course that is to London Stanstead.

I think there have been other postings about this and also airport transfers - I'm afraid for cheaper flights there may be no other option. I am sure others will advise.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
This is the post that you are referring to I believe:

... ClickAir is partially owned by Iberia and they are not know for great service (I have had some bad experiences with Iberia).

But hey, if the price is right and you are not in a hurry? :)

Saludo,
Ivar
