Santiago to Leon, Finnisterre to Santiago...July

Hi I'll be completing my second pilgrimage in July and am wondering someone might be able to help with the following questions.

1. Does anyone know the bus time/number from Santiago to Leon.
2. Does anyone know the bus time/number from Finnisterre to Santiago.

and lastly, does anyone know about the weather/climate for July re. Leon to Santiago, to Finnisterre (im hoping to cover both routes in the first 3 weeks of july)
