Hi
I am arriving in Biarritz on March 31st with two others. We have booked a mini bus from the airport to pamplona at a cost of 220 euro. We can take 5 more passengers. Anyone want to share?
Thanks
Claire

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
If you can cancel the booking, its much cheaper to get the bus to the Biarritz railway station (not the Bayonne station), take train to Hendaye on the border then the local Euskatren to Donostia/San Sebastion. Walk to bus station at top of road where the Euskatren drops you and get the bus to Pamplona. Sounds complicated but its fairly simple and a whole lot cheaper than taxi. You may find it difficult to get 5 others at that time of year. I made the same journey late March 2013 and there was only one other person going to Pamplona and three going to St Jean. By the way if you arrive too late to get into albergue, Hostel Hemingway is excellent

Thats sounsds like good advice but I have committed to Taxi so hopefully I will get a share.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.

Good luck. That is not a very popular time or destination. Most who start in Pamplona fly to Pamplona.
