I love them all! They are so detailed and intricate, yet in an endearing, quirky way. It is meant as a compliment.🙂
Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for sharing, they are beautiful. may I ask roughly how long you would spend to complete one? The Plaza de S. Maria is particularly intriquate

Thanks for posting! When I am following trails I am always on the lookout for postcards to send to my mother (91 years). She loved to sketch and paint and still enjoys browsing through art books . Your water colours would make a lovely gift set - as cards, post cards or as a camino booklet with story....

Cheers

Thank you.

Most of the pen and ink work took about 30 to 40 minutes, on average. The Plaza de S. Maria was a quite a bit longer because I had to keep on turning my head to look at the scene from where I was sitting and each building was slightly ajar from its neighbors. There was a lot of pencil erasure on that one.

Applying the water color took roughly 30 minutes each, maybe more when I had to let the paint dry between adjacent washes.

Thank you thank you thank you. I had been thinking about taking up urban sketching, as my European travels slow down, and this has been wonderfully motivational.
