Hi all

I leave in a week and am very nervous! I can't sleep at night anymore and feel a slight sense of panick! is this normal??? I am doing it alone. Just feel very overwhelmed by the concept of it now.

If you read other posts, you will see it is quite normal. Try to think of it as anticipation rather than anxiety. Ponder the worst that can happen and how you would deal with it, and you will see that you will be able to handle anything that comes up. It will unfold one step at a time, and you can do that one step.
