are there any spas or hot tubs or minerals baths along the Camino de France's?
Maybe places in the larger city's? A good soak after a long walk would be nice.

I don't know about any mineral baths but depending on your budget you can always find a luxury hotel with a wellness/spa area in the big cities, like for example http://www.almapamplona.com/es/wellness-hotel-pamplona/

Only one I know is Ourense on the Camino via de la Plata, five days before Santiago de Compostela. Public hot spring pool. Free. Transport on those cute small train cost a euro each way from the town square.

The first that come to mind are the pools within the town of Caldas de Reis on the Camino Portuguese. For more on natural spas or hot springs along caminos or nearby see this account from Spain.info

You have spas (sometimes in luxury hotels; other times in other sort of complexes) in Pamplona, Estella (www.massadaestella.com/urbanspa.html), Logroño, Nájera, Burgos, León, Astorga, Ponferrada and not too far from the camino (on the way from Palas de Rei to Melide) you have: www.balnearioriopambre.com
