Stage suggestion Sarria to Santiago

I am walking at the end of March and will be transporting my duffle ahead each day. I prefer to take my time and walk around 10 miles per day. What are some good stage suggestions. I know at the end of March places may still be closed.

Easter is early this year, so many places will open late in March instead of April.
