My husband Ian and I are leaving SJPP on Sep 3 and booked into Orisson. We are from Adelaide, Australia and will take a train from Bayonne on Sep 2 to spend a night in SJPP before we depart on the camino.

As a newbie to posting on this forum I found it easier to reply to Jill's thread Sept.-Oct. 2017 pilgrims: check in! then to work out how to add to the calendar my own thread. I appreciate the ease of having a summary list that Jill is managing beautifully, but also see that having one calendar with all routes and timeframes can be useful so have kept going to add our details to the formal calendar.

Initially, I assumed there would be a button to post directly into the calendar once you see it. I then found details from another post that mentioned instructions on how to add to the calendar.

For me, the biggest hurdle once I found the instructions was knowing how to make your own thread. Expect this is a no brainer for those who use the forum a lot and know how to navigate the site. It took me a little while to find somewhere that may be okay to do this but I am still not 100% sure whilst making this new thread.

As the calendar is for all camino paths and dates it would be helpful to have a list of links in your instructions of where a new thread can be made, i.e. as per below or where you prefer these to be made so that you choose your camino route as a step and then post a new thread with confidence.
