starting from Obenlle?

I'm flying into Vigo in a couple of days and want to know if I can still still get a certificate if we get dropped off at Orbenlle since it is still more than 100km or do we need to all the way to Tui? We have a limited amount of time.

I think yes, but get a "stamp" there if possible. i got a cert on my first camino starting from a few km before porrino. my first stamp was in oporrino.
