Hello, I arrive on Biarritz Airport on 1st July.
Starting Camino del Norte on 2nd July.
Is there anyone starting same day like me?

Dzień dobry! I will start on 4th or 5th of July. So I will probably catch you on the way. It would be nice to practice a little Polish (I've learned that a little some years ago.)
