Listen to the Camino. Your body and your heart will tell you what to do when you get on the Camino. Two nights in Stjpp. Listen to your body, if you are tired, sleep. If you have energy then walk. If there is something going on with your feet, stop now!!!!!! Get that taken care of even though you are in a great conversation with someone that is going to keep going. TAKE CARE OF YOUR FEET!!!! If it is cold dress warmer. If it is hot, stop and take some off. Don´t wait. Don´t talk to yourself, Don´t NOT LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. The Camino will be enough you must listen to yourself.....not your walking partner or your new found friend. Take a bike if you like. Take a horse when the opportunity comes if that floats your boat. Listen to you...when you do the Camino. That´s just some thoughts from someone on the Camion right now. Less than 170km less and i have learned a lot from the Camino. It´s just not a walk in the park one day. God be with you.
