The rain in Spain

ivar said:
last night it was poring down for the 2nd night in a row. It is still raining.

33mm in Santiago yesterday according to INM. This was not the wettest place in Spain, though, which unusually was Cordoba with 91mm; Seville had 43mm; even Valladolid had 22mm. In the south caused by remnants of hurricane Vince.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
The rain we are getting is leftovers from Hurricane Vince that is now arriving in Europe.

Here are some numbers from La Voz de Galicia today (paper edition). Numbers in liters of rain per square meter:

Tui : 166,6
Pontevedra: 133,0
Vigo: 70,0
Ourense: 55,0
Ferrol: 39,0
Santiago: 29,0
Lugo: 28,0
A Coruña: 25,0

166,0 liters / m2 in Tui is a lot...

Here is a picture from La Voz de Galicia, from yesterday, I believe it is from Vigo:
