Hello my friends, I’m walking the CF & have shoulder issue developing , I will be in Pamplona on the 10th. Does anyone know or can recommend a therapist?
Thank you!
Chuck 😊

I haven't used a Physio in Pamplona, but have in many other places on the Frances.
They were all excellent and not expensive.
If you just google "fisio pamplona" you'll see a few come up.
Maybe just pick one with a high number of good reviews?
Or even ask in a Farmacia and they will suggest one I'm sure.

Hi, Chuck
Sorry to hear your shoulder is not feeling well. Today is Sunday, I don’t know if the therapist works. Do you consider transporting your backpack, so your shoulder gets some rest?

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
For what it's worth (maybe nothing if your symptoms are different), I've had 'frozen shoulder' twice in my life, once in each shoulder. The second time, what helped it far more than anything else was a fifty-mile backpacking trip in the High Sierra with trekking poles. The repetitive motion, even in the midrange of my range of motion, did much more than physical therapy did.

Jen, thanks for the advice, definitely will have to consider your suggestion if it gets worse. I had thus iss on my first Camino and had to spend an extra day in Leon, while waiting fían appointment. Trying to be proactive. Again, thank you.

Thank you. But it isn’t frozen just beginning to be sore and feeling weak.
