I got an email this morning that the HDM Z2 is on sale for $200 off on their website with the code 200OFFZ2

I am not affiliated with this business, but we have purhased 3 travel CPAP machines from them along with other supplies over the years and have been very satisfied with the service we received. One was a refurbished travel machine that lasted my husband several years of travel (several Caminos, camping, other travel). The other two were new machines (one for me and one for him). Just wanted to pass this along as machines are going up in price. Some people want a different brand and they have those as well, however, they do not appear to be on sale. I know several pilgrims have posted questions about CPAP and the Camino over time.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Thanks for posting this. I used my Z2 on the Frances in 2021. No humidity chamber, but it weighs just a pound. From the sounds at night in the albergues, I think many more people could benefit from the use of a CPAP

We use HME filters which adds back some humidity. Each one lasts a week so you do have to carry a supply with you, but your load is lightened as you go. They are inexpensive, but add a level of comfort over a dry machine.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

€149,-
