Bilbao to Burgos and then bus to Castrojeriz. Although I don't think you will be able to make the transfer on that afternoon/evening.

A taxi transfer will cost approximately €1/km iro €200 plus a return journey supplement.

There are two buses from Bilbao to Burgos, at 18:00 & 19:30. Buses from Burgos to Castrojerez depart at 17:30 so you would need to spend a day enjoying Burgos.

I have not researched the possible train / bus options.
