In Navarette, there are two good places to eat, but I really liked Bocateria, next to the church.

My friends (and Camino family) who live in Logroño have set me right about those walker sculptures in your photo. They are not pilgrims, but are participants in an annual overnight endurance walk held locally. Yes - I was surprised, but when you look at the equipment they are carrying it is logical.
