Walking the Camino in September!
Hello,
Last year I did a week of the Camino and ended up in Estella. This year I'd like to start from Estella and do another week of the camino!

Is anyone able to help me with the following:

1) Will hostels be open (beginning of November)

2) how do I get to Estella - is it best to fly from England (where I live) to Madrid and get a bus or another plane?

3) is it very cold?!

Thank you in advance
Danielle

In November many but not all pilgrim albergues will have closed for a well-deserved rest.

The weather in November is usually quite cold at night and early morning. Most of us who walk at that time wear lightweight layers which can be easily put on or off. Be prepared and Bien camino!
