Train seems to be a good way.
Just over an hour and quite cheap.
Can book online. Google sesrch will bring up the site.

thanks checked it out and the timing works great for me. Also read somewhere that a taxi from the airport is not very expensive to get to the train station.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
Since you are arriving at the Biarritz airport just take from the airport Chronoplus bus # 14 marked Gare SNCF Bayonne to arrive at the Bayonne train station for the direct TER line 62 train to SJPdP.

Transport luggage-passengers.
From airports to SJPP
Luggage from SJPP to Roncevalles
A selection of Camino Jewellery
