Meteoblue is free ( there is a paid version at £2 a year)
I have it and use it on on Android and it is available on IOS.
It is pretty accurate! and easy to use

Use one of the many sites that show the live radar data. That way you can see what is actually happening rather than relying on the mostly poor predictions.

I use three sources, Windy, The Weather Channel and SAT24, which covers Europe and is a web site. The first two have apps. Between the three I can cobble together a current and reasonable future forecast, which includes radar and Sat. imaging.
