I plan to walk the from Le Puy to Oloron to Jaca to Pamplona. Will I be able to find free wifi each night along this route? Wondering if I need to purchase a data plan for my iPad.

I will bring my unlocked iphone 4 and iPad Air and purchase a voice and data plan for the iphone and tether my iPad Air.
