Does anyone has experience with taxi company "Zonetransfers ".

Time of past OR future Camino
Frances 2015,2016,2017,2018,2022, 2023, april 24.
I saw online that "zonetransfers" offers transfers between towns on the camino for a lot less then caminofacil. Has anyone used them, and if so are they reliable ? Thanks

I'm wondering the same thing for a trip in a few weeks. Did you end up using them?

I have used this Zonetransfers company on 2 occasions. The first for pickup at the Santiago airport to go to Tui. And the second from Lisbon airport to Porto. I can say that it is a good company and that at least it has gone very well for me.

Reviews on Tripeadveriser tell a very different tale
I didn't see those because Tripadvisor is like a dumpster. I trust Trustpilot more, which is a more serious platform. On Tripadvisor in a documentary they said that more than 70% are fake reviews

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
I give my opinion based on my experience. That doesn't mean that others did badly. I have tried other, much worse companies, I assure you. With Zonetransfers I can't fault anything because everything went well. They treated me well, but as I say it is my experience.

Hmm. Reviews look a bit scary.......
I've used TripAdvisor for years, and found it OK.
Though I always ignore the really bad reviews, like you see anywhere.
Some people are never happy........with anything. Only happy when complaining.

Never used Trustpilot but will take a look.

For me, Trustpilot is the ‘gold standard’ when researching people’s experiences of different companies irrespective of what service of being offered. Used it recently when researching a media company and the difficulty in cancelling a
Subscription and it was so accurate!!

I ffind TripAdvisor okish.

No, I do not. However, scanning the replies: go with your gut!
Even across the gulf between experience and opinion, my word would be: try them! Then, you will be an expert when the next person asks :D

I've used TripAdvisor reviews for years, but like you, I take the worst ones as a grain of salt as some people always see the glass nearly empty. I recall reading a one star review not too long ago where the woman complained that there was a dead fly in the bathtub when she arrived at the room she was assigned.

I cannot find anything on-line that suggests that Zonetransfers offer a luggage transfer service along the Camino Frances or any other route. They are an aggregator providing a booking service for taxis and private hire vehicles.

This is their offering for the Camino de Santiago https://www.zonetransfers.com/santiago-compostela-airport-taxi-transfers/
