Can't upload video

Hi @ivar and other knowledgeable people,
I have been unsuccessfully trying to upload a very short (9 second) video. I always get the following error message


but, as you can see, my video does have one of the allowed extensions (.mov). What am I doing wrong?

phone or computer? which operating system? not that I would then know the answer, but it usually helps those who could have it. ;-)

I'm on an "elderly" (2014) MacBook Pro with MacOS Mojave 10.14.6
