Profile altitude map CF stages

Time of past OR future Camino
Camino Portugués 2019; Camino Francés 2024
I'm looking for an accessible copy of the profile map showing the altitude of each stages. It was originally published by a French Camino group: au coeur de chemin. I know someone posted a complete profile from St Jean to Santiago, however, each stage would be helpful. Thanks. Profile altitude CF stages.png

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Thanks for your reply. I have all the apps, including Gronze. I'm looking for something like the printed pages of the altitude of each stage, for a newbie group to see an overall idea.
