Hi, I want to buy a movistar, Orange or vodafone Sim Card, for my iPhone 5, at Baraja's Airport.
anyone knows if there are any Store at the Airport.

No, the apps are stored in the phone memory, not on the SIM card.
The SIM card is only holding your "phone identity", plus a few phone numbers.

The only thing on your US SIM card is your US number, everything on the phone itself stays the same.
Make sure your phone is unlocked before you fly over.
