last year we hiked the Camino. i think about two weeks from SLPD we came across a "you are here" map of the route. this was an outside structure i think.
it was a little shocking to realize how much further we had to go.

does anyone know the name of the town where that display is

There are several places that display such maps, without knowing how many kilometers you did on average per day it is really hard to say which town you were in. Do you remember anything else about the place? SY

well it was after Pomplano and before Burgos

It might also be entering Logrono just as you cross the border into Rioja.
