Hi everyone,

First Camino and I'm so excited!!! My flights are booked!! :)

I'm arriving at Biarritz on September 10th and stay there for the night. I take the train the next morning and I booked the Gite Ultreia for the night to spend some times in SJPDP during the day. I officially start my trip on September 12th but it will be a short day because I booked a bed at Orisson. After that day no more booking! I am glad that I found this wonderful website. There are so many inspiring stories and very good advice.

Buen Camino!

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.

Hi, Alain....
I'll be arriving the next day, so perhaps we'll see each other there. :)

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-

Alain, I'm one day behind you. Spending a night also at Orisson. I'm in no hurry and will be taking my time. Hope to meet you along the WAY.

Buen camino.

I think it's a good idea to take our time... At the first, I wanted to take the last train on Sunday night to go to SJPDP and start right away the next morning. I decided to take the day off (Monday)… I think that it is better this way :) Hope to see you on the way!

Buen camino.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.

That's a good idea. The fatigue of travel and jet-lag can make a long walk even more tiring and less enjoyable. Best to be fully rested, fed, and hydrated as you start walking. :)

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

It's getting close and I am also excited and ready. I'm one day behind you, Alain. I have been training a lot in the hot weather of my home state of Virginia USA. Hopefully, I'm prepared for what is in front of me. Thanks Ultreia for the advice.
I also wich you an excellent camino. I am always happy for people walking any camino. It's always such a great and different experience for everybody. I am sure you're ready.:) I feel I am... and it's only a year from now!
Enjoy it and take the time to smell the flowers!

All this talk of departure dates....:) I just realized that I'm wheels up in 21 days. Wow! It just seemed like it was 365 days not so long ago.
I can relate to that 365 now, as it's only next year for me.;) It's ok, as anticipation is also part of the process!:)
Buen Camino!

Yes I know!! I trained a little but not as I would liked. I'm in a good physical shape so it should go well! I hope we'll meet on the way!
Buen Camino :)
