There is always a taxi, but it will cost over 100 Euro.

I think there is one late train to SJPdP after 7:30 pm. Around 9:00 pm I think. I know, because I took a late one to there from Bayonne in 2013. Got to SJPdP pretty late, though. So I'd definitely try and make accommodation reservations beforehand.
