Companion to walk the Coastal Route from Porto

Hi I am Rosie.

I walked the Camino St Francis 2 years ago and want to walk the coastal Portuguese route from Porto early In September planning to walk an average of 20 -25 km a day. I would like company and help in finding accommodation as this time I want to book my own room rather than stay in Albergues.

Is there anyone or a group out there with similar plans who could help?

When in September are you planning to start? My husband, sister in law and I are starting from matosinhos September 16.

Will be in Porto on the 9th, but awaiting a friend who arrives on the 11th , to begin walking the 13th. This camino will be a 'mosey' for us, so not walking 20-25K except for a few days. Booking.com has accommodations at reasonable rates, but I've found lots of B&B's and hotels to be filled ( at least thru their site ) already. We have booked most of our trek ahead this time. Should you need suggestions for certain places, feel free to contact me. ( also...we will be dipping in to the central route at some point...so may not be able to assist for entire costal ) Bom Caminho !

Many thanks for your reply. I am planning my route this coming weekend so will be in touch as I know time is running a bit short ... it is a last minute decision for me and this time I want my own quiet space.
