Hi, I'm heading off from SJP and stopping overnight in Orrison on the 6th.
Looking forward to some shared commradarie on my solo journey. 😊 Jo from South Australia (Lofty 1 on this site).
Go and enjoy as soon as you cross the bridge at st John you become a member of a very big family. The camino family. Good luck God bless.

Have a safe and wonderful walk Lofty. Sue from Western Australia.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

€149,-
Take it very easy for the first few days Jo. Allow your body to fall into a natural walking, rythym. It isn't a race!

Having said that, you'll have no trouble meeting people especially if you stay in Alburgues.

At dinner at Orrison, you'll have the opportunity to introduce yourself and say why you are walking the Camino.

The funny thing is that you'll probably keep on bumping into people that you meet then, all the way to Santiago.

Buen Camino!

Buen Camino Lofty. Orrison is a great spot for your first night and to meet so many others, to share your reasons for walking the Camino etc. You will meet so many people on your Camino, some will pass you or fall behind, depending on your pace. To reiterate Walton above, it’s not a race, it’s your Camino and you will settle into your own pace. Di (currently travelling Australia in a caravan but ex Sydney and planning my second Camino).

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
