Hi, I walked in the spring, mid to late May, the flowers were amazing then. Lots of up and down trekking, not for too long though.

I would like to know the difficulty level. Some years ago, I walked from Sarria to Santiago. Is Rota Vicentina comparable?

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
The upward and downward paths are more frequent but not as long. Beautiful sea views. Some oaths are very narrow and near the cliff edge, I wouldn't like to carry a big backpack as balance is needed especially if windy. We had great weather.

Thanks, I am thinking to choose the baggage transport service, so my backpack will be no too big. I am not so young so I would to use some facilitations.
Have a nice day

Welcome to the forum!
I walked the Fisherman's Trail in mid April 2019, starting in the north and heading south. Perfect weather and temperatures with only one rain day that I recall.
I booked all my lodging ahead of time, mostly hostel, guest houses and inexpensive hotels. The foliage and cliff views were beautiful. Here are some photos I've posted before.
