IMHO, all the intermediate (between pilgrims and hospitaleros) on the Camino should be avoided when possible, because they do business with the Camino.
A knife can be useful (for chorizo, fruits, ham…). A spork if you intend to buy prepared salads. Plate is useless.

I advice you to take a specific credencial (« Salvadorana ») in León. Then in Oviedo another one for Primitivo. Then in Santiago the last one (specific) for Muxia-Fisterra.

There are 2 convenient ways to express a date:
- DD-MM-YYYY, mainly used for human beings.
- YYYY-MM-DD, more oriented to business processing.
If you find somebody, in Europe, who expresses a date according to MM-DD-YYYY, it should be an american guy !

If you want maps of routes in an app, you can use mapy.cz, selecting "outdoor" map: all the caminos are shown.
Because Camino is a pilgrimage, all the ways converge toward Santiago : you should expect to meet other people.
