    In late 2015 i did the Camino Frances .next Wednesday i fly to Lisbon to do the Caminho Portuges At present I too am nervous/anxious but after a day in Lisbon the next morning i will set off put one foot in front of the other and yesterdays worries will be history and quickly forgotten.
