    Why the yoga leggings? Two pair travel pants (maybe zip off) & definitely a hat. I also would consider a "buff" for cold/windy conditions. Def leave sleeping bag behind. Does rain gear cover pack or maybe just a large garbage bag.

    Living in & traveling in SA we never refrigerate eggs. I've only gotten sick from water at 2 road races in US because of all the chemicals & now I NEVER drink tea/Coffe on plane because water comes from holding tank. Lessons learned; my "lifestraw bottle" goes w/me.

    There is an app called "insight timer" on the App Store. Every kind of silent, verbal etc kind of meditation from all kinds including healing and it's free. I'm 72 & will be starting Camino in Sept. buen Camino. Your mind is a strong healer.
