    Weather matters. If it's really hot I can drink 6 litres a day. Plus what I get from my food. I'm still only barely hydrated. If it's cold I might only need 1 litre and be well hydrated. There are so many problems that come from being dehydrated.

    Which ones? The ones for about €12 are the "high" tech ones. They fit tight. The cheaper ones I can't remember what they're made of (I could go look in the storage box -)) but they fit looser.
